Nikolaus Heidegger, former Co-President of Kiehl’s, along with his wife, Jami Morse Heidegger, sold their family’s renowned skin and hair care company to L’Oreal in 2000. Mr. Heidegger is a former Austrian men’s Olympic ski team member and winner of multiple World Cup Championships, including the overall World Cup Award. He also holds a national record as the eight-time Austrian Champion (slalom and giant slalom). Continuing his life-long interest in health and fitness, Klaus has since become a partner on two recent endeavors: Bio Essentials, Inc, a functional beverage company committed to supporting active lifestyles; and Swiss Masai, a European-based physiological footwear company currently developing revolutionary muscle/joint-conscious technology. Additionally, two years ago Klaus and Jami acquired Show Circuit Magazine, a quarterly publication dedicated to coverage of the equestrian lifestyle and world in which their daughter, Nicoletta, a seven-time national champion, competes. They also have eight-year-old twins who are sports enthusiasts as well. |
